Yuri Briar (ユーリ・ブライヤー, Yūri Buraiyā?) is Yor Briar's younger brother and a 20-year old man who works in the State Security Service <SSS>. He keeps his job at the SSS a secret from Yor, while pretending to be a normal civil servant at the foreign ministry.
Appearance
Yuri has straight black hair with bangs and a very small cowlick. When at work Yuri wears the SSS's standard uniform. When leaving work he wears a black suit and tie with a coat and black gloves.
Personality
Yuri is a complete siscon even at a early age doing everything he can to get Yor to praise him with affection. though this could be due to his mother dying at a very early stage in his life causing him to get very attached to Yor as a mother figure.
When on the job Yuri is shown to have a very appealing demeanor trying to calming get the information out of the person. During the interrogation Yuri is shown to be very patriotic to is country as when getting info on <Twilight> he gets very cold and angry having little patience and is shown that he highly values family almost immediately resorting to violence when he learns of the person excuse for his affair.
Background
Both of his parents passed away when he was young, leaving both him and his older sister Yor Briar as orphans and causing them to be poor and unable to afford books or school supplies. Around this time Yuri began developing his siscon tendencies doing everything he could to make Yor happy and shower him with her affections to eventually leading him to worked as a diplomat at the foreign ministry until about a year ago where he began working for the SSS.

Having been very studious person growing for his sister he is far more intelligent than his older sister.
- Intelligence: Yuri is pretty smart working as a diplomat at very early age. Though he is smart his intel is amertur when compared to Loid as he follows what was in the Ostanian Intelligence manual word for word letting Loid figure out he was picked up by the SSS.
- Interrogator: Yuri is said to be very talented for his age allowing his boss to let Yuri tag in for a senior officer for a interrogation.
- Endurance: He very durable most likely due to his sister inadvertently hurting him in his youth . As a adult he is durable enough to take two of Yor's durken hits albeit sustaining heavy amounts of injuries enough for people to tell him to go to the hospital.
