Synopsis[]

Bonus Comic[]
Taking place during Chapter 91, Franky and a disguised Loid observe Melinda Desmond's exchange with the city hall workers at the charity bazaar from the former's stand. Although he attends the bazaar every year, Franky explains to Loid that he has never seen Melinda appear. He also notes Melinda's low profile and suggests she is not doing anything to support her husband's political career. However, Loid remains cautious, arguing that many connections can be made at the event. Franky changes the topic to Yor, concluding that nothing seemed suspicious about her and Melinda's meeting. He also admits to getting the chills after seeing Yor standing up to the Lady Patriots Society, which makes Loid fall silent as he recalls Yor's words to the ladies about growing up during the war. After his pause, Loid decides to investigate more and shadow Melinda, but not before looking at the inventions Franky is selling at the charity. He is unimpressed by the "junk" and tells Franky not to rip anyone off as he leaves, much to the informant's annoyance.
A while later, Franky is approached by Yor and her co-workers, who are passing by. After some brief introductions, Franky tells the ladies he is a seller at the event every year and shows them his inventions, which they also call junk. Franky adds that he also develops supplies for wounded veterans, surprising the ladies by showing them a prosthetic leg. Millie asks Franky if he was in the war, which he confirms and says he was forced to. While Franky is relieved to have returned home from the war in one piece (omitting the fact that he deserted early), he still feels tormented by its events and thoughts of survivor's guilt. Franky quickly snaps back to his cheerful demeanor and brushes his dark thoughts away, then tries to sell the ladies an instant hair dryer he invented. To everyone's surprise, Millie decides to buy it. An overjoyed Franky tries to ask her out but is quickly rejected. Later, a sad Millie arrives at work with an afro, explaining that the hair dryer blew off her bathroom door and window when she tried to use it, and Camilla comments how her hair is now the same as Franky's.

- This marks the first and currently only cover of the volumes featuring three characters.
- This also marks the second cover to have multiple characters, the first being Volume 11.
- On the author's notes for this volume, Anya is described by Endo as around 5 years old.
- In Volume 13's cover art, Millie Myers, Camilla, and Sharon are seated on Tulip Chairs designed by Eero Saarinen. There is nothing hidden underneath any of the chairs.
- Volume 13 had a special edition that was released alongside a regular edition. It was bundled with an acrylic stand set and dress-up stickers of each Forger family member.
