Sylvia makes a promise to Aaron
Aaron is Sylvia's pet dog. They are in a close, almost familial relationship. After Sylvia promised Anya to take care of other dogs after the foiled assassination attempt on the minister, she adopted Aaron and settled him in her apartment. The dog looks healthy and happy because Sylvia takes good care of him, and sometimes even Sylvia refuses to meet with colleagues at work to pay attention to him. However, sometimes Aaron has complaints about her, for example, when she brings their house to a mess or because of the fact that she did not choose his name too carefully. Also, they both appear to share a common passion for competition and rivalry when they were determined to defeat Loid and Bond together.

Sylvia remembers when she trained Twilight
Loid Forger, as Twilight, is one of the intelligence agents under her command. She is extremely demanding of his spy abilities, frequently sending him on missions without rest due to the lack of manpower, but has been shown to worry for his well-being, since she uncharacteristically let him go on vacation after WISE scolded her for overexploiting her agents, accepting that it was Loid's moment to rest from work (which surprises him because he expected her to refuse) and also allowed him a break after hearing how he collapsed in his home.[1] Though their relationship is largely professional, the two appear to empathize with each other due to their shared experiences of the war.
When Twilight first joined Westalian Intelligence, Sylvia was his new commanding officer and was responsible for training him into a first-rate spy. Her extremely strict practices have resulted in Loid having a fear of her, to the point of having nightmares of her.
Fiona Frost[]

Fiona Frost, as Nightfall, is one of the intelligence agents under her command. Unlike with Twilight, Sylvia is not that demanding with Fiona, but she does send her frequently on missions, normally sending her to accompany Twilight and support him with Operation Strix. Though their relationship is largely professional, Sylvia seems to be very strict with her in some moments, as her true intentions of trying to remove Yor as the Forger's wife are somehow visible to her, so she constantly warns her to not plan anything reckless. However, as her subordinate, Sylvia cherishes Fiona and tells herself to not be so willing to get herself killed after the latter injures herself in her fight with Winston Wheeler. She is also aware of her feelings for Loid, which she finds adorable.
WISE Agent[]
The Agent scolds Sylvia for her sloppiness
Sylvia appears to have a good relationship with him, as she occasionally assigns him on missions with Twilight. Knowing that Twilight is her best-managed spy, she trusts the Agent to support him. Although their relationship is professional, they are shown to get along pretty well, as the Agent is not as frightened of her as her other subordinates, making casual conversation and jokes and chastising her for her slovenliness.

According to Sylvia, she used to have a daughter of the same age as Anya; therefore, she is kind to her and proves to have a maternal side with her, allowing Anya to keep Bond as her pet and comforting her while promising to treat the bomb dogs well.[2] When she sees Anya at the dog park during her briefing with Loid, Sylvia accepts the little girl's competition to see who is the better dog between Aaron and Bond. After the competition, Sylvia is a little hurt when Anya mentions her age, but she tells Anya that she had fun and looks forward to when they can play again.[3]
