This is a list of all story arcs within the SPY x FAMILY series. The following provides information on the story arcs, including the arc names, a brief overview of the arc, and the chapters and episodes within the arc.
Please note that the following arc names are all fan-made names to better organize the series, with the exceptions of Doggy Crisis Arc and Cruise Adventure Arc. They are not official and are subject to change at any time.
Master spy Twilight is tasked with accomplishing Operation Strix to maintain the peace between the two countries of Westalis and Ostania. With his new identity of psychiatrist Loid Forger, he begins by putting together a new family with his adopted daughter, Anya Forger, and fake wife, Yor Briar. Unbeknownst to him, his new daughter and wife also have their own secrets.
Having successfully passed the first phase of Eden Academy's admissions process, the newly created family must now go through a family interview to dupe Housemaster Henry Henderson and the faculty of Eden Academy into thinking they are an upper-class family.
After Anya manages to enroll into Eden Academy, she is assigned to Cecile Hall, and must approach and befriend the second son of Donovan Desmond, Damian Desmond. In the process, she befriends rich girl Becky Blackbell.
Ostania's State Security Service, the greatest enemy of WISE and Twilight, begins making waves near the family. At the same time, Yor's younger brother Yuri Briar finds out about her marriage and plans a surprise visit to their household.
As the midterm exams approach, Anya and her classmates have to face a total of four tests. Anya must avoid failing her exams or face the threat of being several Tonitrus Bolts closer to expulsion instead.
Along with his agent co-worker, Fiona Frost, Twilight must enter an underground tennis tournament in an attempt to recover the Zacharis Dossier, rumored to "reignite the flames of war," before the government of Ostania does. Meanwhile, Yor struggles with her insecurities and worries about Loid's "lover."
With the biannual Imperial Scholars mixer coming up, Damian sees a rare opportunity to meet with his reclusive and distant father. However, Twilight also has his own plans to intrude on their meeting.
The assassin Thorn Princess receives a mission to protect Olka Gretcher and her son from a group of skilled assassins aboard the Princess Lorelei cruise ship. However, Yor must also protect her secret identity from being discovered by Anya and Loid, who also win tickets to the same cruise ship.
Many of WISE's spies and personnel carry out their work to maintain peace between Ostania and Westalis. Among them is Twilight, who must reflect back on why it is he became a spy and how he will proceed with his dark past behind him.
On their way to a field trip, Anya's school bus gets hijacked by the Red Circus terrorist group, leaving her and her classmates to figure out a way of solving the situation without being harmed.
The lives of Westalian agents in Ostania are put at risk after a mysterious mole steals classified documents, including information about Operation Strix. The intelligence services of the two countries begin the pursuit of the thief and the stolen files in the hope of getting to them first.
Operation Strix is now at a crucial point. Anya is about to face the term final exams at Eden Academy, which will determine her future in the academy. Struggling to find a way to have success, Loid finds an unexpected ally that could help Anya pass the exams.
After Eden Academy's first end-of-term gala of the year, Henry and his old friend Martha Marriott reflect on their common past, starting with their meeting at school and continuing with their life experiences of the war on and off the front lines.
