The SPY x FAMILY x Japanese Red Cross Society Collaboration was a collaboration effort between SPY x FAMILY and the relief organization Japanese Red Cross Society (日本赤十字社). It offered themed gifts based around SPY x FAMILY.

The Japanese Red Cross Society is the only organization in the country that collects and supplies blood for use in transfusions. On April 1, 2022, it launched a blood donation collaboration with SPY x FAMILY at blood donation sites nationwide (blood donation rooms, blood donation buses, etc.). Two campaigns to promote the collaboration were held.
Campaign 1[]
From April 11 to May 10, 2023, the first 30,000 people who showed the "present notification screen" or members of the "Love Blood" (ラブラッド, Raburaddo?) service who wrote they wanted SPY x FAMILY at the blood donation site received an original clear file.
Campaign 2[]
From April 11 to May 10, 2022, 25 participants were selected in a drawing to receive an original eco bag by following the campaign's official Twitter account @kenketsu_CP (currently deleted) and retweeting the designated tweet. Winners were notified via direct message.
Also, all participants received an original wallpaper.
