Season 3 is the third season of the SPY x FAMILY manga series' anime adaptation by WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks. It is a sequel to the second season.

The production of Season 3 was confirmed on June 9, 2024.^[1] It aired from October 4 to December 27, 2025.

The first two episodes were screened early in several Japanese theaters on September 28, 2025.

Summary[]

The season is comprised of 13 episodes.

It covers the rest of Loid's Past Arc to the Wheeler Arc. It features Loid's backstory, Yor's acquaintance with Melinda Desmond, Anya and her schoolmates during the Red Circus bus hijacking, and the race between WISE and the SSS to secure a mole with top-secret files stolen from the West.

On June 9, 2024, the third season was first announced at the end of the special event SPY x FAMILY ANIME EXTRA MISSION. On the same day, the first teaser visual, drawn by Kazuaki Shimada and designed by art director Yuni Yoshida, was released.^[3]
- In the visual, there are five light sources that shine on Anya and Bond and form a star.
- At the top-middle side of the visual, Yor and Loid can be seen behind the door.
The first teaser visual contains many Easter eggs that allude to chapters that were adapted in the season.

During Jump Festa 2025 on December 21, 2024, it was announced that the premiere of Season 3 was scheduled for October 2025.
On March 20, 2025, the second teaser visual, drawn by Kazuaki Shimada, was released.^[4]
From September 13 to September 15, 2025, a special cardboard art recreating Season 3's key visual by artist Masaki Odaka was exhibited at TV Tokyo SDGs Park in Shinjuku Sanagi.^[5]
