On October 4, 2024, Viz Media announced an English release under the title Spy x Family: The Official Anime Guide―Mission Report: 221001‐1224[2] as part of the Spy x Family: The Official Anime Guides series. It was released on May 13, 2025.[3]

Trivia[]
- The initial synopsis seen on the back cover of the English edition says the book covers episodes 13 to 24 of the anime. This mistake is corrected to 25 for the current back cover.
- Similar to the first anime guide, the English edition omits the pages of the Goods Information and the Blu-ray & DVD.
