SPY x FAMILY 5th Anniversary was a special event celebrating the fifth anniversary of the manga's serialization. There were various projects to commemorate this milestone.

Anniversary Logo
On March 25, 2024, the official Shōnen Jump+ Twitter account released five posts celebrating the manga's fifth anniversary.[1] The following posts included an illustration and congratulatory comment by Tatsuya Endo, a special movie, and announcements for goods and autograph sessions. A special website that features the aforementioned items and more was released on April 1, 2024.

To commemorate the fifth anniversary, the special website consecutively released five pieces of content to express gratitude to readers of the manga.
1. Special Movie[]
On March 24, 2024, a special movie showcasing popular moments from the manga and Anya Forger's expressions was released:
2. Journey[]
A special subpage on the website displaying SPY x FAMILY's journey was released. It covers many events from the series' history, including the beginning of its serialization, volume releases, the anime adaptation, buzzwords, and more.
3. Goods[]
For the anniversary, limited goods drawn and designed by Tatsuya Endo were released.
On April 24, 2024, two BE@RBRICK figures of Anya and the SPY x FAMILY logo were revealed and were later released in August 2024.
Goods based on Tatsuya Endo's key visual were available for pre-order from May 27 to June 16, 2024, and were released in late September 2024.
Socks based on the characters of SPY x FAMILY were released on September 30, 2024.
4. Autograph Sessions[]
Tatsuya Endo held his first autograph session, which was held with a total of 400 people in four cities. These sessions took place in:
- Tokyo, Japan on June 15, 2024
- Osaka, Japan on July 13, 2024
- Fukuoka, Japan on September 7, 2024
- Seoul, South Korea on October 3, 2024
100 people were able to attend the autograph session in each of the cities. Fans used the Jump NAVI app to enter a lottery during the designated application periods for a chance to be there.

Anya's Appreciation[]
The special website has an alternate theme called the "Anya's Appreciation Version," which is Anya's personal thank-you to readers. Similar to the original site, it includes Anya's own video, history, goods, comments, and signature. Upon scrolling to the end of the page, users are directed to the regular version of the website.

As previously mentioned in Anya's statement, there is a "mission" where users can find eight Stella Stars hidden throughout the website. After finding all eight Stellas, users will be rewarded with two phone wallpapers based on the website's themes:

Trivia[]
- On the bottom right of the key visual, there is a message in broken romaji. In English, the message reads: "Five years went by in a blink of an eye just like that, with so many kinds of episodes. Thank you for your continued support for the Forger family and everyone."
- An original place mat based on the key visual was distributed during a collaboration with Cafe Fan Base as a gift from November 13 to December 2, 2024.
- One of the originally planned projects for the anniversary was the "Everyone's Battle Equipment Collection," which featured a miniature collection of equipment that the characters would use in battle, though it was never implemented into the project. However, the work on the collection was finally completed and began sales on October 3, 2025.[2]
