Anakin Heywood is the foreign minister of Ostania and the man that Edgar attempts to blackmail via photos of him wearing a hairpiece. He is secretly backing Westalis, making one of Twilight's former missions to save him by acquiring the photos and the negatives himself.

  • His name was only fully revealed in the anime. In the manga, a part of his name was cut off ("[…]kin Heywood"), whereas he was addressed as "Toupée Politician" in the official fanbook.

Karen is known to have participated in a fair amount of criminal activity, enough to get her in trouble if Twilight so wishes. Using this information, Twilight was able to leverage Edgar into backing off from pursuing him.

His wife filed for divorce a month before the Eden Academy admissions interview and won full custody of their only daughter. He is regarded as arrogant, greedy, and callous.

  • Murdoch is one of the least-favorite teachers at Eden, the other being Donna Schlag.[1]

Walter Evans is a 59-year-old man. He is the English Teacher and the Housemaster of Dormitory 5, Malcom Hall at Eden Academy. He is regarded as gentle, reliable, conservative, and well-liked by his students. He attempts to act as a mediator during Murdoch Swan's antagonism in the admissions interviews, but to no avail, as he tries to brush it aside to focus on the interviews.

  • According to some facility members, he does not accept "donations" from parents and cannot be bought.[3]

After the Imperial Scholars mixer, he helps with the laundry at Cecile Hall and is assigned to take Damian and his friends on a field research trip after Henry punishes them for fooling around during chores.[10]

  • When Mr. Green first appears, he is bald. In later appearances, he has a small patch of hair on his head.
  • Contrary to his appearance, he is a kind man.[9]

However, after Twilight and Nightfall retrieve the painting, it is revealed that Zacharis was actually hiding his collection of starlet photos from his wife to protect their marriage.

  • In the manga, Zacharis's hair is depicted as black, while it is blond in the anime.
  • Erik shares his Japanese voice actor with the aquarium terrorist and Jeeves.

  • Walson is the bearded man with long brown hair, the white headband, and three scars over his left eye, while Bobble is the shorter man with curly hair and a scar across the middle of his face.
  • In the anime, the initials of Walson and Bobble's first names are shown and their surnames are spelled differently, being "D. Wolson" and "A. Babol."
  • Walson shares his Japanese voice actor with Bondman's commander, the chief penguin keeper, Joseph, and the vice minister of the Ministry of Finance.

After the brothers mock Twilight, Nightfall mercilessly beats them to a pulp with tennis smashes.

  • Anan Bolic is the older brother with short, blond hair and wears a white cap, while Catan Bolic is the younger brother with long, brown hair and wears a black cap.
  • Their names are a reference to anabolic and catabolic, types of metabolic pathways as well as types of steroids.
  • They share their Japanese voice actors with other characters:

Franklin Perkin is a 39-year-old author, who was responsible for writing several books and articles released in Westalis that slandered Ostania for the purpose of earning money for him and his elderly father. In the past, he was a newspaper journalist during the previous administration and was arrested for aiding anti-government extremists. In order to get pictures for his articles, Franklin was willing to instigate any situation that put Ostania in a bad light. As a result, he began being investigated by the SSS and was later arrested by Yuri after being caught delivering his manuscripts into the mail.

  • While being monitored by Yuri, Franklin was called "Subject J-095."

Although Cindy did not personally like cruises, she took the opportunity to get a free trip. However, Anya, who stood in front of her in the line to the raffle, overheard their scheme through her telepathy and obtained the winning ticket first.
