Handler (
Appearance
A woman with long, wavy hair. She is seen wearing glasses and a black wide-brimmed hat with a ribbon. Her earrings are the symbol of WISE.
Personality
Not to much has been to shown to get a understanding of her personality but from what he did shows that she is similar to Loid in that she is dedicated, skilled, and logical in her approach to idea's but still is a somewhat impatience person albeit the target Demond has been doing some suspicious activity, willing to artificially make it so Anya would get more Stars showing only to be told that it would expose the agents and having Anya under scrutiny. She also doesn't really understand kids showing when she ask Loid to just bribe Anya with candy.
