In addition to the original Japanese edition and the English version from VIZ Media, the book has also been prepared for publication in other languages. For the Kingdom of Spain, Editorial Ivrea released this book in Spanish under the title SPY X FAMILY: EYES ONLY -OFFICIAL DATABOOK- on February 29, 2024.[3]

- The English version of the fanbook excludes the interview with Kazumi Takayama and the inside covers.
- In the English version, there is an error on the third page of the "World Guide: 02" section - the "Natural Environs" paragraph is a repeat of the "Governance" paragraph on the third page of the "World Guide: 01" section.
