The Desmond Estate (デズモンド家邸宅 (けていたく) , Dezumondo-ke Teitaku^?) is the main residence of the Desmond Family. It is located in Berlint, Ostania.

History

The estate appears to have been the home of the Desmond family for many years. Aside from the family, the area is populated by servants, bodyguards, and other staff members.

Although her circumstances are currently unclear, Melinda seems to live separately from Donovan and their sons, Demetrius and Damian, implied by the mention of her own residence and household staff. It is possible that her residence is located somewhere on the estate, but away from the main manor.

Geography and Architecture

From what has been currently shown, the estate appears to have a large area with much vegetation. The building where the Desmonds mainly reside is the Desmond Manor. The manor is connected to many buildings, which are two stories high, while the main building is three stories high.

Pond: A pond located in the courtyard of the estate. Damian often plays near the pond with his pet dog, Max, who tends to knock him into it.

Dining Area: One of the dining areas within the manor. Damian eats here upon returning home after the Red Circus bus hijacking incident.

Second Dining Area: A private dining area in the manor. The room shows its immense wealth as it is decorated by many paintings and has a long table with 10 chairs. Behind the main seat where Donovan sits is a mantelpiece.

Demetrius's Bedroom: The room in the manor where Demetrius sleeps. Its interior is currently unknown since only the door was shown.
