“ | The son of Chairman Desmond is concerned for me. I'm honored. But you don't need to worry, Damian. I won't be getting hit. | ” |
— Bill to Damian Desmond[1]

Bill Watkins (ビル・ワトキンス, Biru Watokinsu?) is one of the supporting characters of the SPY x FAMILY series. He is the son of a major in Ostania's national army who attends Eden Academy as a first-year student in Wald Hall, Class 4.
Appearance[]
Due to being an early bloomer, Bill is a young boy who is considerably taller and incredibly muscular for his age when compared to his peers. He has short brown hair, thick eyebrows, and blue eyes, which are hidden by reflective glasses.
Like all other male students, Bill wears Eden Academy's uniform—a black button-up shirt with black shorts. He also wears white crew socks with black shoes.
Personality[]

Bill's confidence and determination during the game
Befitting his more mature appearance and family profession, Bill is an extremely disciplined boy who approaches virtually all matters with utmost seriousness. Above all, Bill's main drive is to make his father proud, as he has an immense amount of respect and love for him. To this end, Bill regularly trains his body and mind to maximize his potential, even if it is for something as simple as a game of dodgeball. This results in him having a great deal of confidence in his skills, which will immediately falter should his normally well-calculated plans fail.

Bill tears up after failing to eliminate Anya
While he often tries to act more mature, Bill sometimes lets his demeanor slip and acts more his age, like when he began to cry after failing to eliminate Anya with his dodgeball throws or when spending time with his father. Outside of dodgeball competitions, Bill also appears to be a relaxed and kind boy. He seems to be well-liked by his classmates in Wald Hall and is also welcome to the idea of befriending others outside of his circle, such as when he attempted to befriend Damian at the start of their field trip to the museum and when he agreed with Anya's sentiments to stick with their friend group longer during the city's Winter Festival.

Bill bravely calms down his classmates amidst a crisis
Bill is shown to be somewhat chivalrous, using far less force when competing against girls to avoid injuring them, though in extreme situations he will forsake this mindset for absolute victory. When Donna Schlag returned to Eden Academy and struck Wald Hall with Tonitruses, Bill went out of his way to warn his schoolmates in Cecile Hall about Lady Tonitrus and urged them to flee. Bill also displays immense courage, as during the bus hijacking by the Red Circus, he bravely stood up to announce to his schoolmates that help would come. Despite quickly cowering after being threatened by the group's leader, Billy Squire, Bill's words manage to get through to his peers and temporarily calm them down.
Abilities and Skills[]

Bill uses his mind and strength in his training
Enhanced Strength: Despite only being a child, Bill is incredibly strong after enduring lots of training from his father. He is able to throw a ball with enough force to demolish standard military training targets and even bend a metal lamp post.
Analytical Mind: Bill can make very complicated calculations very quickly after lots of studying. He uses this to his advantage during the inter-class dodgeball match where he is able to eliminate several opponents with a single throw.

Wesley Watkins[]

Bill follows his father's commands
Wesley is Bill's father, whom he has an immense amount of respect and love for, and he tries to live up to his expectations as the future of Ostania's army. When they are together, Bill drops his more serious demeanor and affectionately refers to his father as "daddy." However, Wesley's orders appear to sometimes intimidate Bill, as when he decides to join the game of ring toss against the girls, Wesley commands that Bill be withdrawn from Eden if he fails to win the game, which Bill reluctantly agrees to.

Damian Desmond[]

Bill challenges Damian in the bus
Damian is one of Bill's rivals aiming to earn a Stella Star at the interclass dodgeball match. At the start of the game, they briefly banter after Damian tries to eliminate him. Later, they meet again when he tries to warn Anya and the rest of her classmates that Donna Schlag is giving Tonitrus Bolts to everyone. When Wald Hall and Cecile Hall share a bus during a trip to the museum, Bill finds himself seated behind Damian. Bill proposes becoming friends, but Damian states their classes are rivals. In response, Bill challenges him to see which class can name the most dinosaurs in the museum. After the bus gets hijacked by the Red Circus, Bill and Damian do selfless acts to calm their classmates, earning each other's respect.
Anya Forger[]

Bill gets scared of Anya's "killer move," only to be taken aback after she fails
They met on the day of the interclass dodgeball match. After whittling down most of Cecile Hall's team, Bill tries to hit Anya many times, but fails at every single attempt, as she is able to read his mind to predict where he would throw the ball. Anya scares Bill when she attempts to throw the ball at him with all her strength, but to no avail, as she only lets the ball bounce right to Bill's feet, allowing him to grab it and throw it back to her with little effort. Later, they meet again when he tries to warn Anya and the rest of her classmates that Donna Schlag is giving Tonitrus Bolts to everyone. During the bus hijacking, Bill and the rest of his peers are unnerved by Anya's unusual calmness despite getting a bomb attached to her neck. By the end of the hijacking, he appears to respect her bravery in the face of danger.
